The Nigerian-American Multicultural Council is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and all or a portion of your donation may be tax-deductible. The only portion of a sponsorship contribution that is deductible as a charitable contribution for United States federal income tax purposes is the amount by which the sponsorship contribution exceeds the fair market value of the goods and services you receive from us in connection with the contribution.
